Graham Edwards graduated from the University of Cambridge with a degree in Economics. Before joining Trillium in 2001, he sat as head of finance at BT Group property division. Graham Edwards also served as Talisman Global Asset’s chief investment officer and worked as a fund manager of Merrill Lynch Investment Management, view now.

Telereal Trillium, based in London, is a property and investments company first formed as Trillium in 1997. In 1998, it acquired Department for Work and Pensions property and later in 2000 acquired by Land Securities. It was in 2000 that it changed from Trillium to Land Securities Trillium.

In 2001, Telereal started as a joint venture by Land Securities Trillium, William Pears Group and B Pears Trust to acquire British Telecom at £2.3 billion. Trillium also solely bought BBC in 2001 and in 2002 was managing Airwave and O2. Trillium also went on to sign agreements with Barclays Bank, Norwich Aviva, Royal Mail and DVLA. Graham Edwards spearheaded the deliberations that saw Trillium acquired from Land Securities, a deal which placed Telereal Trillium as the leading commercial Property and Investment Company in the market. He also led the £2.4 billion negotiation process which saw Telereal acquiring 6700 property portfolios from BT. Spending an annual total of £284m in 2010, the Government declared Telereal Trillium one of the best-performing private companies in favor of government spending.
