Based on their assistance to AVEVA in their acquisition of FabTrol Systems, Madison Street Capital has received a nomination for the ‘Cross-Border Deal of the Year’ award. Jay Rodgers and Karl D’Cunha, both Senior Managing Directors at Madison were the leads in this acquisition.
These are the 14th Annual M&A Advisor Awards, considered a major achievement in the financial sector. This award celebrates the achievements and contributions of leading professionals and their firms in financing, restructuring, and general deal making. The winning firms will be announced at a special M&A Advisor Awards Gala at the New York Athletic Club on November 17, 2015. Madison Street Capital’s CEO, Charles Botchway, said of the nomination for the award, “It is always an honor to be recognized by other industry professionals for doing good work on behalf of our clients… This was a great deal for FabTrol and for AVEVA. FabTrol was a mainstay in the fabrication management software space and this acquisition definitely bolsters AVEVA’s suite of product offerings.”
